We've been hard at work behind the scenes to make your WorkSmarter experience even better. Here's what's rolling out this month:?
???Time Off In LieuMany WorkSmarter customers choose to give staff extra time off when they work more than their scheduled hours. It’s a great way to promote a healthier work/life balance and plan for busy periods without increasing labour costs.
We're improving the way TOIL is tracked to allow staff to request TOIL specifically rather than deducting it from their overall holiday entitlement. This means staff can choose when to take their preferred time off option, and managers will be fully aware before approving. Sorted!
???Improved Training Records
Staff Training Records let you easily record your company training on digital records to provide a permanent record of who was told what and when. Now, you can also?assign different topics?to each session so managers can keep track of everything that’s been covered. Organising by topic helps staff quickly find specific training sessions to refresh their knowledge.?
???Express Search
We’ve upgraded our search engine — click ?? to find anything you need, across your entire account. Search speedily for people, files, events and more. Or use our handy shortcuts to jump directly to your most frequently used results.
