Santa Cruz County Real Estate Market - December Update
We’re still in a seller’s market in Santa Cruz County, with only 1.5* months of inventory as of December 4th for single-family homes. The number of new listings fell to 124 in November. Sales slowed as well, with 180 closings. The average sale-to-list price ratio fell to 99.4%, while average days on market rose to 43. The median sale price rose to $870,000, which is 24.2% higher than the median sale price from November 2015.
