A QJumpery Recap of 2023

This year has been a whirlwind at QJumpers! Simon seems to be a globe-trotter, rarely tethered to the office. But hey, when you're making waves (or literally catching them in Bali!) globally, who needs a desk, right? The team's been on an adventure, hitting up incredible events worldwide and making important pit stops to meet our awesome clients throughout New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

Our secret sauce? It's all about relationships. We're not just about talking the talk; we walk the walk. We've honed in on fostering genuine connections with our clients, not just in the chit-chat department but by actively listening to what they want and delivering it as quickly as we can. While we try our very best to achieve annual visits to all our clients, we don't always have the time to get there, however if you ever feel like you need one please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can arrange one.

Now, let's talk tech. The SMS module? Imagine a direct line to applicants, nudging them to action those crucial emails—be it for interview details, signing important documents, or handling confidential info. Clients are loving this extra avenue to reach their potential hires not only speeding up the process of hiring, but increasing their conversion rates.

But that's not all! We've unleashed some cool new releases this year. Single-sign-on? Yup, we've got your back, streamlining those logins for a smoother ride. JumpReady? Consider it your one-stop-shop for finding out which candidates are motivated to consider the move! And don't get us started on our AI Talent Sourcing Tool revamp. We've not only given it a makeover, but a whole new pricing system, jazzing up the look and feel in the process. Plus we have gone from being able to access 370 to 800 million potential candidate profiles globally! We have also curated some incredible new partnerships such as IntelliHR, a dynamic HRIS that integrates seamlessly with the QJumpers ATS. In addition to this, we also partnered with WageScape which gives fantastic insights to the compensation landscape. WageScape offers the only source of next-generation compensation intelligence designed to provide the insights needed in today’s fast-moving, hyper-competitive talent market!!

Phew, what a year it's been! And the best part? We're just getting started. We cannot wait to get into 2024 with many exciting new developments in place and new clients coming on board, but until then, we are taking a wee break over the festive season.
