It’s Christmas, we made it! From today, we are shutting down the computers, turning off the lights and getting ready for a well-deserved break. But before we do that, lets have a look at some highlights…

Helping Bicester Baby Bank

During this month we volunteered some of our hours to support our local charity, the Bicester Baby Bank. We donated, organised and hand delivered Christmas gift bags to children and families in need.

Christmas Podcast Episode

We recorded a very special Christmas special of Anything But Ordinary with the team from Shire & Wold Staffing (minus Matt). We reflected on 2024 and planned for 2025 all whilst getting in the Christmas spirit!

Highlights from the Director:

?

This year has been a truly crazy, fun and rewarding year. A year of lessons, some good and some a bit tricker, but nevertheless, I feel extremely proud of what we have achieved this year and very excited about our plans for 2025.

?

2024 marked the first year of being a team of 4, with Matthew and Annalisa looking after the private household desks and Chloe literally being the Queen of our social media and content.? We have placed fantastic candidates with super individuals and families and have continued to grow our recruitment services within luxury hospitality.

?

Key highlights for 2024:

• Taking part in the Oxford Town and Gown 10k charity run.
• Placements have increased by 300%.
• We are halfway through Bcorp verification.
• Anything But Ordinary Pod launched in July featuring special guests such as Chris Davey, Taylor James and Holly Matthews.
