HO HO HO!

Well, it has been a tough old year for recruitment, no denying it. The number of vacancies have been falling with more people looking for work. The average length of time vacancies are open for has increased despite the increase in available candidates pointing to a mismatch between opportunities and candidates. We have also seen businesses pause or reduce their recruitment due to various economic uncertainties. There was a slight upturn in Q4, particularly in IT and green sectors.
