• I celebrate the wins—big and small—with my team.
• I express gratitude for their hard work, creativity, and resilience.

5?? Celebration: Finally, December is about joy. From team festivities to personal traditions, this is the month to soak in the moments. For me, it ends on a high note with my birthday celebration on December 31st ??—a symbolic way to close one chapter and start the next.
