Donald Potts started with Service Champions in 2017 and rose very quickly to be known as one of the GOATs by performing consistently well in every aspect of our business. He was recently promoted to Assistant Service Manager in Martinez and since his promotion he has helped 3 technicians get promoted with more on the way. Just in 2021 Donald has achieved:

·??????64.2% MVP Sales

·??????157 Leads or 33.2% Overall LCR over $6,000 per lead

·??????Renewed his NATE Certification earned in 2019

We reached out to Donald to get some insider tips!

What is it like working for Service Champions? "Besides the word great?! Its exciting, every day its new. Get to help out the clients and put smiles on their faces."

What do you think has helped make you successful at Service Champions? "It’s the process, if you really follow and believe in the process it can do a lot for you and you can go a long way with it. That’s what’s hard to emphasize with the new technicians, it's about them getting outside their comfort zone and always adapting."

What advice would you give too new to the trade technicians? "Stick with the process, its there to help guide you through, you can do the process in several different ways but ultimately you have to get back to the basics. In a sense you have to always know and stick to the basics."

If you were to recruit your best friend to work with you, what would you tell them about the company? "Don’t steal my spotlight! Just kidding, but really.. Now you aren’t just my best friend, you are now part of my family."
