December brought the U.S. healthcare industry's largest monthly jump in decades, according to Modern Healthcare. The industry added 50,200 jobs last month, the largest numeric increase in new hires since Modern Healthcare began keeping data in February 1990. How could healthcare employers be impacted by such a dramatic jump? What do organizations need to keep in mind should the trend continue into 2019?
