A Fresh Start: Randi’s Inspiring Path to Homeownership
Randi’s path to homeownership is all about resilience and determination. After facing homelessness and living in transitional housing, she came to Habitat with a clear goal: to bring her family back together and create a stable life.?
Even though she didn’t qualify for the program at first, Randi didn’t give up. She followed the steps, worked hard, and made it happen. Now, she’s a proud homeowner, working at Sam’s Club while raising her two kids.
For Randi, having a home is about feeling safe and stable. She advises others, “Even if you don’t think you qualify, apply. They work with you. This program is amazing, and I wish I had known about it sooner!”?
Join Us for Whittier Townhomes Dedication on Dec. 12th
Join us at noon on December 12th, alongside Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols, to dedicate the Whittier Townhomes—Green Country Habitat’s first townhome development. Located in Tulsa's historic Kendall Whittier neighborhood, this project features 23 energy-efficient units.
Several homes are still available for purchase, and tours will be offered throughout the day. Join us on the northwest corner of I-244 and N. Lewis to celebrate this transformative milestone!
Welcome Chris Lester and Ryan Bogle to the Team!
Green Country Habitat is excited to introduce two new team members!?
Chris Lester joins our team as a HUD Certified Counselor with extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently completing his Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, Chris has earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a Diversity and Inclusion certification.

As our Real Estate and Development Specialist, Ryan Bogle brings with him 8 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, net lease brokerage and affordable housing development. Ryan studied Economics and Finance at Oklahoma State University and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration.
We're happy to welcome both these key staff members and know our clients will benefit from their expertise.

This holiday season, we're thrilled that dozens of new Habitat families are celebrating the holidays for the first time in their newly purchased homes. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, these families now have a safe and stable space to grow, create memories, and enjoy the season together.
Just this year, we've completed 76 new homes across Green Country. And next year, we're aiming even higher—our goal is to build 90 more homes to meet the pressing need for safe, affordable housing.
