marlo marketing
marlo marketing is a full-service integrated marketing and creative agency with offices in Boston & NYC.
For most of us from the Northeast, confusion between Palm Beach (Florida) and Palm Springs (California) abounds. It did for me, too, until my dad moved from Detroit to Palm Springs in the early 2000s and it became my only time away from the office in the early 24/7 workdays of marlo marketing. Not only did I love spending time with my dad, but I also truly fell in love with Palm Springs. Fast forward 20-something years and after a visit last March, I realized how much I still love it there – and clearly the universe did too, as a fully-furnished house virtually fell into my lap that I’ve since turned into a short-term-rental property with its own website and sister destinations. As it gets colder and colder on the east coast, its time to start thinking about heading to warm climes, so if you want to finally understand the difference between Springs and Beach, as well as experience one of the country’s most magical places with a vacation itinerary based on your personal interests curated by yours truly, check this out and reach out to learn more.
Also in this month's issue of marlo monthly, enjoy easy ideas for festive gifting with a conscience, imbibing with nostalgia (courtesy of Brewbound's recently announced Large Brewery of the Year award!!), and celebrating with style this holiday season. As we look back on our 20th anniversary year, we do so with gratitude and excitement for all that 2025 will bring. Happy holidays to you and yours from all of us at marlo marketing!

jim's organic coffee
'Twas the month of holiday mayhem, and here's a hot tip: Jim's Signature Coffees Holiday Gift Box is the ultimate sip. Holiday Blend, Costa Rican, and Blend X AKA Witches Brew, too - a trio so tasty, it's a coffee lover's dream come true. Wrapped and ready, it's cheer in a box - and let's be real, way better than gifting socks!
Jim's Organic Coffee has been brewing organic way before it was the trendy thing to do. For nearly 30 years, founder Jim Cannell has brought a serious commitment to regenerative practices and supporting farming communities around the world. The result can be seen in their all-organic coffee offerings year-round. As if this forward-thinking environmental leadership wasn't enough, for a feel-good coffee cherry on top, this holiday season 5% of every Signature Coffees Holiday Gift Box sold goes towards funding a new computer lab for the Adame Yirgacheffe high school in Ethiopia to support the communities that support Jim's Organic Coffee.
That's right, with a gift of Jim's Signature Coffees Holiday Gift Box, you're not just sipping on holiday cheer this year - you're spreading it!
narragansett beer
There's just something about a Bing Crosby tune that turns any setting into a nostalgic holiday celebration this time of year. That smooth crooning, the timeless charm, and those classic songs are the perfect soundtrack to all things merry and bright. So, what better way to crank it up a yuletide notch than with a beer that captures that same holiday magic?
Enter White Christmas Winter Warmer, a festive seasonal sipper from our friends at Narragansett Beer. Brewed with dark cherries, orange peel, ginger, and just enough spice to keep everything nice, this limited-edition brew is perfect for happening holiday parties, surviving family events, gift exchanges, or just lulling yourself to sleep by the fire.
Now available in select markets, be sure to dust off that record player, cue the sleigh bells, and pour yourself a merry mouthful of cheer. And for all you Rhode Island natives home for the holidays, don't forget to swing by 'Gansett's Providence brewery for a lineup of holiday festivities (keg-mas tree lighting, anyone?!) where the season's cheer (and beer) will be flowing all month long!
coje management group
We know, we know…the coveted Locke–Ober Lunch at COJE Management Group’s swanky supper club Yvonne’s sold out faster than you can say “Lobster Thermidor.” But fear not, Boston merrymakers - it's time to put down your martini glasses and get ready for cocoa, champagne, and epic NYE countdowns, because COJE is here to melt all your winter FOMO woes away!
Our first stop? The oh–so cozy Cocorico for a cup of creamy, dreamy hot cocoa in festive flavors like Hazelnut, Peppermint, and Gingerbread. Speaking of spiced ginger goodness, complete your #hotcocoamoment with a limited–time Holiday Horseshoe gingerbread cookie. As tasty as they are meaningful; 100% of the proceeds from each cookie sold are donated to Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone Farm, an organization offering equine–assisted services to help people heal from physical and emotional challenges (and a cause near and dear to COJE’s heart).?
And when the clock strikes midnight? COJE’s painting the city gold! Enjoy glitz & glam at Yvonne’s before hitting Caveau and Underground at Mariel to dance the drama of 2024 away. Alternatively, spice things up at Lolita’s gothic Back Bay or Fort Point haunts, or flirt with 2025 at Coquette. Wherever you are, COJE will help you ring in the new year in style!
