• This post should come as no surprise, but winter break means it’s the season for summer internship applications. I refuse to waste my time on cold applications so I am making a gentle post to my network for any summer internship opportunities. • Have you ever talked to someone about LinkedIn and they talk about how much they hate LinkedIn? It's happened to me a number of times, and it's super understandable. As much as I love and use LinkedIn, I also share the same concerns and critiques of culture on LinkedIn. But the thing is, for all those people who complain about what they don't like about LinkedIn, are they even trying to be the opposite of what they hate? More often than not, even the critics use LinkedIn and have the same presence as what they seem to hate. The big question is, are you doing anything to change what you don't like, or are you just falling into line like everyone else and complaining about it like you aren't part of the problem?...click to read full post
