BOI Reporting for small businesses has been?reinstated. What you need to know:

• Small businesses created prior to January 1, 2024 have until January 13, 2025 to complete their initial BOI reporting.?
• Small business created on or after September 4, 2024 have until Januray 13, 2025 to complete their initial BOI reporting.
• Small businesses created on or after January 1, 2025 have 30 days to complete their initial reporting.
• Reporting must be completed online at?https://boiefiling.fincen.gov/.
