Research from the University of South Australia reveals workplaces with a strong psychosocial safety climate (PSC) report fewer lost workdays — 68 per injury compared to 177 in low-PSC environments. This year, Intenseye worked with safety teams across industries to help them uncover and address workplace hazards before they became incidents. Every notification they got tells a story: a frontline worker on the move, a vehicle in motion, or an interaction in progress. Our mission? To make sure every single one of them stays safe.
Our AI flagged over?65 million potential workplace hazards, giving safety teams the opportunity to take action?before risks become incidents or injuries. Of these, nearly?16% were classified as high-severity risks, underscoring the critical need for early intervention.
Over the past 6 months, our?Leading Indicators module?has tracked?21 million continuous activities?to generate real-time?Safety Scores?for facilities using Intenseye. To put that into perspective, this analysis represents the equivalent of?365 years of continuous work?— or?121 years of human labor hours. But it’s not just about volume. Our analysis also uncovered the equivalent of?24 years’ worth of risk exposure, highlighting urgent opportunities to intervene and prevent incidents before they happen.
