Plant Director - Specialty Chemicals ?(Plastic Additives)

?Our client, a family owned specialty chemicals manufacturer, whose footprint stretches globally, seeks a Plant Director for its largest facility. This is as turnaround situation, and we are interested in candidates that can share recent experience of successfully turning around a specialty chemical plant/s.? The Plant Director is responsible for overseeing operations, production, safety and maintaining quality standards.? In addition to having turn around experience , candidates must have a background in specialty chemicals (PVC is ideal) and experience leading sites, including P&L responsibility. This is a full-time, on-site role and open to candidates based in the U.S.

Plant Manager (NC)?

Our client, a leading producer of plastic additives/color/masterbatch, seeks a plant manager.? This role will be based in NC and there is relocation for US based candidates.? Exciting opportunity to lead, manage, and be accountable for plant operations. We are looking to speak with candidates that are currently in a plant or production leadership role, have plastic additives, compounding, or masterbatch type experience, and extrusion.? This is a going to be a very hands on role where people leadership is critical.

Our client, a private equity backed extrusion OEM is seeking a new VP Sales.? Ideal candidate will have track record growth of managing a commercial team, and deep strategic marketing experience of the extrusion industry in terms of equipment, markets and applications.? US Based role.


Director of Engineering & Maintenance

  • Our Client: a family owned industrial food manufacturer on a growth trajectory
  • Must have maintenance & engineering management experience
  • Must be near or willing to relocate?to the MidAtlantic
  • $160-$180K base salary


Sr. Business Development Manager?

  • Our Client: a leading systems integrator focused on food manufacturing
  • Experience selling equipment, systems, or integration into food manufacturing
  • Remote role, Midwest location preferred.
  • 50% travel
