Visible Abroad

Visible Abroad

Why the name change, you might be asking yourself?

Let me explain..

Today is the day I am hosting The Expat Woman Audio Summit "Get Coached for Success Abroad", a global, one-day, audio-only summit, where the 12 speakers are all members of The Expat Woman Membership.

This is the first time I am hosting an audio-only event and all the speakers are members of The Expat Woman Membership .

If you have been following my posts, content, profile on LinkedIn, you may have noticed that I have been niching down and focusing on my organization, The Expat Woman and the larger expat women community.

LinkedIn is still my favorite platform and I still train and coach people to learn how to leverage it to get dynamic results.

However, The Expat Woman is my primary business and empowering women abroad, to get clarity on their genius, step out of the shadows confidently and stride into the spotlight is my passion.

And LinkedIn is definitely one of the platforms I use to support my expat women community in showcasing their expertise and I also teach them how to strategically leverage it.

I have a weekly LinkedIn newsletter , The Expat Woman Gazette for The Expat Woman Company Page but it's broader and more organization focused.

This Visible Abroad LinkedIn newsletter will be monthly and will deliver actionable tips that worked for me ( including LinkedIn tios) , insights and stories, events and resources to help you build visibility, grow your network, and make an impact while living abroad.

In this first issue of Visible Abroad, I want to celebrate and spotlight the speakers and sponsors of The Expat Woman Audio Summit and also invite you to join us.

Nyna Caputi, great presentation on LinkedIn strategies. What I love the most is that your LinkedIn profile shouldn’t be about self-promotion or sales but about building meaningful relationships, learning from them, sharing insights, and finding ways to support each other. Perhaps the fact that I’m speaking at this summit is just an example of what you shared during the presentation. It's still fascinating how our message exchanges led to an invitation to speaking at the Expat Women Summit, and then getting to know each other. When we met, I had only spoken to a few small groups, and this was my first major event, so I felt a bit uneasy. The feedback I received helped me understand the value these conversations bring to people from all walks of life. Speaking at that event opened doors for me—leading to opportunities at the Global HR Summit & Exhibition and the HR Conference in Lithuania. Thank you not only for a great presentation but also for making a difference for so many of us. Thank you for all the work behind the scenes to make this event incredible.
