Decarbonization Explained Series: Actions speak louder than words

In our new series, Decarbonization Explained, we share best practices of how we decarbonize intelligently and cost-effectively with our customers.

We are pleased to announce the release of our new sustainability series “Decarbonization Explained,” where we bring industry experts, partners and customers together to share how cost-efficient technology and solutions can drive deep decarbonization of the most carbon-intensive?sectors industry, transport, buildings and energy systems.?

Our decarbonization model is a three-step approach designed to achieve carbon-neutrality in our own 100+ operations by 2030. We call it Reduce, Reuse, Re-source, and it is the basis for our method to deliver cost-efficient and intelligent decarbonization. And the best thing; it can be adopted by anyone, delivering real results, fast, and with short payback times and attractive returns.

To grow the role of green electricity in the energy mix, it is a fundamental fact, yet often overlooked, that we must first reduce energy demand. Reducing energy waste by scaling energy-efficient technologies and increasing machine productivity.

Most of the solutions we need to decarbonize transport, industry, buildings, and energy systems already exist. It is a matter of implementing what we already know works to accelerate the green transition.??
