A Decade of Transformation

I am celebrating 10 years journey with UST , it has been a roller coaster ride filled with love, transformation, Learning and satisfaction. I would like to thank all of you who have supported me, mentored me, cared for my well being, criticized me which made me stronger and better on my amazing journey from a Software Developer to Global Program manager of the best valued Organization.

My 7 key learnings throughout the journey:

1.  Join a company that has the right culture for you. I am blessed to work with amazing leaders who put people first, an A-team and work family who work hard, hustle and have a heart of gold. They keep me inspired, and they’re the reasons why I stay long in UST.
2. Stop searching for passion, instead develop a passion for learning & Serving. Keep looking to learn more.  
3. Dnt be afraid to make mistakes. Fail fast, succeed faster.
4. Never let compliment get to our head, never let criticism get to our heart.
5. Be inquisitive and ask questions. As Confucius once said, “The man who asks a question is a fool of minute. The man who does not ask, is a fool for life.”
6. Collaborate with others, compete with ourselves. The best competition is internal. Be better than yesterday.
7. Upholding Integrity and being humble – be a better human and serve those who need you.

Small steps makes a big difference. I hope we continue to take responsibility for our career and guide others. We cannot control what happens to us, but we can choose how we respond (not react). God Bless you all.
