A Decade of Revolution: The Management Shift's 10th Anniversary
It all started with a bang – quite literally! On Guy Fawkes Night (5 November) in 2014, as fireworks illuminated the London sky, a different kind of revolution was igniting within the hallowed halls of the Houses of Parliament. While protesters outside called for change with rockets and chants, inside the Grand Committee Room, I was launching a revolution of my own – The Management Shift?.
Born from over 20 years of interdisciplinary research, The Management Shift is not just another management theory. It is a blueprint and an instrument to humanise the world of business and create more purposeful, conscious, healthier, happier as well as more profitable workplaces that do well and do good. It is also my life's purpose – a mission to make this world a better place through transformative leadership and organisational practices.
Now, as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Management Shift, we look back on a decade of profound impact. This multi award-winning system has empowered countless leaders and organisations worldwide, helping them embrace change, enhance engagement, become more purposeful and achieve sustainable success.
Our work is leading-edge, and purpose driven. We upgrade the DNA of businesses and elevate senior leaders and organisations into conscious, humane, collaborative working environments that yield phenomenal business results as well as societal impact. The Management Shift system for transformation includes various research-based assessments, models, processes, live workshops, e-learning platforms, strategy board games, and a leadership academy with extensive learning material.
