Excellent insights Philip. Thank you for sharing. From my experience, consultants only earn fees by being good at what they do and by delivering on the approved objectives. You have to be committed and anticipate how to deliver results as well as win the next piece of work. The more open and honest the client is the better the opportunity to advise effectively becomes. But no advisor can magic up a result in isolation!
