Tools such as Salesforce Einstein, inherently keep this type of information secure and within the boundaries of your organisation.

2) Provide comprehensive training
3) Implement incrementally by starting small and scale as you and your teams learn. Succeeding with AI can be complex as there are many facets to understand. Follow a phased and incremental approach with appropriate investment and planning.
4) Continually improve your teams knowledge and provide the tools they value most. Gather feedback from your user community as well as measuring adoption and getting soundbites from successful use cases that can be shared to keep other teams motivated and informed.
5) Create an environment for cross-functional team collaboration
Consider how processes can be changed, accelerated & improved by taking advantage of these AI-fuelled use cases. After seeing first hand the impact AI can have on an organisation and how it can embrace to its own benefit, the case for doing so is clear.
