DebtCol - COVID-19 (Corporate Response)
DebtCol Software takes the safety, health and wellbeing of our staff and clients seriously.
As such we have reviewed the current COVID-19 pandemic and out of a duty of care for our employees all DebtCol staff will work remotely in isolation for the foreseeable future. This decision has not been made lightly, however to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and ability for DebtCol to continue to operate without interruption the choice to isolate our staff was chosen. Each team member has secure VPN access to our office and hosting infrastructure on DebtCol supplied hardware to provide ongoing support without restriction.
Our hosting, middleware and database providers have been contacted to ensure they have adequate measures in place to ensure continuity of services and support. We have been advised that each provider has preparedness plans and contingencies in place to ensure that day to day operation will not be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
DebtCol Software will continue to monitor the situation closely and will continue to develop our plans as the need arises.
As a DebtCol customer you may find yourself facing similar hard decisions about how to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic while continuing day to day operations. We would like to remind you that DebtCol is a web application and our cloud platform can be accessed by your staff from remote locations should you decide to have your staff work from home.
