Is debt a good thing or bad thing?
Statistically speaking, being in debt is “normal.”
And yet, think about it: Is it really normal to owe more than you have? Maybe for certain things, like a house or an education, but what about random purchases on a credit card?
Some people will differentiate between “good debt” and “bad debt,” depending on if the debt appreciates (real estate, education) or depreciates (car) over time.
Others despise debt entirely.
Either way, most people have a lot of it.
So, I'm curious: Do you feel debt is a good thing or a bad thing? Why or why not?

3 年Debt is neither good nor bad. It’s a tool. Is a hammer good or bad? It can be used for both. I use debt to make me money.
