Great news for Bigin users! You can now initiate conversations with your customers directly through WhatsApp using pre-designed message templates.

This exciting new feature allows you to reach out proactively with updates, promotions, or personalized messages, boosting engagement and streamlining communication.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Create custom templates: Craft specific messages for various situations like order updates, appointment reminders, or marketing campaigns. Simply define the content, choose a category (marketing or utility), and select the language.
  • Seamless integration: No need to switch between platforms. Compose and send your WhatsApp messages directly within the familiar Bigin interface.
  • Streamlined approval process: Once created, your templates are submitted to WhatsApp for review. In most cases, approval is quick and easy, taking just a few minutes.
  • Greater control: Bigin ensures your messages reach the right audience. You can only send marketing templates to opted-in customers, and features like merge fields allow for personalization.

To enable seamless global support, Zoho SalesIQ's chatbots are now multilingual.

What the chatbot can do: For proactive chats, the chatbot will analyze the website language and start a conversation in the respective language. For incoming chats, the bot will detect the language of incoming messages and respond in the same language.

Languages supported: Our chatbots can respond to customer inquiries in 30 languages, including Arabic, Hebrew, French, Irish, Russian, Thai, Chinese, German, Japanese, and Spanish.

Chatbot resources: Add chatbot resources (articles/FAQs) in multiple languages, so your chatbot can pick up correct answers to customer queries.??
