Dear YouGiveGoods Community,

Greetings! YouGiveGoods is as busy as the North Pole packing and shipping donated items to nonprofits across the country. As our deliveries are received the feedback is pretty much universal - these donations could not come at a better time and are so greatly appreciated!

From your holiday party toy drives, to your national corporate food drives, to your company wrapping parties, to your classroom competitions, every effort and donation made the holidays brighter and was a tangible show of hope and support to someone in need of a helping hand. And from the looks of it, you felt pretty great doing it!

So, on behalf of all of our nonprofit recipients and the communities they serve, we are sending a heartfelt THANK YOU to our entire YouGiveGoods community. Because of you, gifts providing nutrition, health, comfort, and joy are being received into the hands of those most in need this holiday season.?

GivingTuesday 2023?

While nonprofits report that GivingTuesday 2023 donations?were generally flat over last year, YouGiveGoods experienced a 13% increase.?GivingTuesday.org also reported a 10% decrease in the number of donors. Many of the lower level donors have likely fallen off due to feeling economic stress themselves. What we're hearing at YouGiveGoods is that lower level donors are more inclined to purchase items within their price range over making a small cash donation because they have confidence that their tangible donation has actually impacted the life of someone in need.
