As an NHS-approved charity, we're proud to announce that our materials will soon be available in GPs offices and hospitals across Scotland. Our dedicated staff and volunteers have been distributing cancer cards, posters, and flyers to patients, families, and friends, ensuring vital information reaches those who need it.
We'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible staff and volunteers for their unwavering commitment and hard work. Their efforts are invaluable in making our support accessible. We sincerely hope that our resources find their way to those affected by cancer, allowing us to provide the support and comfort they need during this difficult time.

We're excited to announce that our Cancer Card podcast now features 7 episodes, ready for you to explore. Hosted by Becca Guiller , this podcast series aims to share inspiring stories, offer hope, and guide listeners to the best support services available.
With a diverse range of guests, we ensure there's something for everyone. Our episodes are designed to be both uplifting and authentic, providing real insights into the cancer journey. While we're busy recording more episodes over the summer, you can already binge-listen to the existing 7 episodes. Each one is crafted to inform, inspire, and support those affected by cancer. Our Services
500 Comfort Box Milestone
We have recently achieved a fantastic milestone by being able to provide 500 comfort boxes to cancer patients. Our comfort box isn't just a gift filled with practical items but it provides support and hope to those who have been diagnosed with cancer. We are so pleased to have been able to provide a box to 500 people and would like to thank our funders and individual donors for supporting us with this project.

Do you know somebody who would like support with online banking? Maybe they don't have a device and need to access the internet so they can book a GP appointment or find a local support service? Disability Benefits Scotland
Navigating the disability benefits systems while coping with the physical, emotional, and financial toll of cancer can be incredibly overwhelming. That's why we have partnered with Social Security Scotland and their Local Delivery Service to help you with the disability benefits application process.?

Fundraising Events
Kiltwalk
The Kiltwalk is Scotland's lowest cost fundraising event and this year you can take part in the Dundee or Edinburgh walk for Cancer Card! At Cancer Card we are dedicated to supporting those who have been affected by cancer and we do this by providing a range of services across the country. Cancer Card Ball
Join us for a fantastic evening of music, laughter and making a difference. The Cancer Card Annual Ball 2024 will take place on Saturday, 9th November at the incredible Prestonfield House Hotel. The ball will be hosted by Radio Edge Breakfast Show presenter, Mark Martin and we will be entertained by the incredible Abba Cadabra tribute band so prepare to sing and dance the night away!
Inaugural Golf Tournament
If you would like to spend a Friday afternoon on the golf course, while raising money for charity, joining us a Baberton Golf Club for shotgun start at 1pm on Friday, 13th September 2024.We are going to be joined by Scottish footballing legends Scott Brown, Joe Newell and Steve Whittaker and will have a selection of amazing prizes up for grabs!
