Dear Siegfried Andersen
Siegfried Andersen
Inspire and evolve tomorrow's leaders as a tribute to life and joy.
We’ve heard a lot about your expertise, and we’re excited that our Partners have initiated this Master of Business Leadership (MBL) program to strengthen our team’s human competencies. Please note that we have received some of your materials and have had the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with your leadership approaches, which align well with the company’s business culture.?
Dear Flemming,?
Thank you for your kind words about my training. My approach to leading people, leadership, and addressing significant challenges differs markedly from the conventional perception of leader effectiveness and the methods to improve one's leadership skills.? ??
The reason KFA adopted this training approach is encapsulated in the following quote by Leo Tolstoy: "Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself." This quote captures the overarching purpose of our training.?
When you try something that doesn’t work, you must change your beliefs, attitudes, or behaviours—whether all at once or one at a time. Try again, gain new insights, turn them into new knowledge, and continue to change yourself until you succeed. Attempting something 1,000 times is not a setback; it’s a learning process.?
Participating in a business school MBA program will help expand your understanding of functional business processes. While it won't provide a holistic view, it will give you critical insights that are essential for understanding the business landscape. However, it’s crucial to experiment in order to transform these functional insights into valuable business knowledge.?

Experimentation yields genuine knowledge. The repeated process of trying is known as the Science of Expanding Perception.?
Having a child is not merely a teaching process for the child but a learning journey for the parents. Similarly, leading a team is not just about teaching the team; it is solely a learning process for the leader. The goal is to expand one’s perception to achieve specific outcomes with each unique team. It’s important not to dismiss team members you may not personally like; such thinking is unethical and immoral. It is absolutely a learning process for the leader to run a team appraisal and change the team’s self-perception.
You may not be able to devise entirely new actions, but you can discover successful ways of thinking through acting differently. Counterfactual thinking can only be validated through experiments, and many innovative business ideas are initially perceived as counterfactual: "It can’t be done! We’ve tried this, but it doesn’t work!"?
KFA’s Master of Business Leadership does work. You start changing yourself on the Monday morning after the training and begin the learning process by enhancing your perception of changing the world by changing yourself.

3 个月Dear Sifu Siegfried. Our thoughts are exactly aligned . Mine definitely shaped by you in the 1980s when I first attended your teaching . My work over the last two years is exactly concentrating on changing what's within using the framework I have developed ,- MAPIS - Mindset , Attitude, Perspective, identity and Story. We have learnt that by exercising conscious mindfulness of these 5 variables, the real transformation journey starts and positive changes are observable almost instantaneously . Thank you
