Below are a few of many different problems that majority of micro business owners are facing:
Insight #1 - They do not have great comprehension & communication skills.
Not accepting or denying having problems with their businesses. Working hard without clarity of thoughts, plans, or actions. Communicating one-way and not allowing a collaborative environment.
Insight #2 - They cannot deal with objective truth and make decisions based on emotions.
They will take it personally and be offended if you try to ask about their sales performance, revenue, or any sensitive business information where the business is lacking, especially when asked by an outsider.

It is neither arrogance nor pride, it is simply the fear of being judged that stops them from progressing.
It is considered rude or arrogant to point out that majority of these businesses are either stagnant from last 5-10 years or regressing in their business journey.
Insight #3 - They do not have 2nd line of leadership.
They believe in putting their all in but in order to make it work and save money, they overwork and exhaust themselves. This affects patience, level-headedness, stability, and creativity. A 2nd line of leadership is very important to delegate majority of your workload of daily tasks.
A business owner, whether his business is micro or small or medium, must reserve his time for macro-management and strategic long-term goals and not micro-manage everything.
I have 17 more insights to share. But let me see if anyone is interested to read them first. Comment down below so that I can write about the remaining.
