Dear LinkedIn, if I wanted Facebook features, I would go to Facebook. your new interface is a copy paste of the Facebook identity, and it is not working. What I want to see in a professional website that claims to be the premium solution provider to job seekers and employers is just that. Solutions. What I see here is a majority of people writing their thoughts and sharing sometimes irrelevant photos/ written content alien to recruitment, careers, job advancements, trainings...Do not lose your credibility trying to become another social platform for gossip and weather talk. Try to improve the job search platform, check some of the fake profiles that are here and delete them, establish some rules of what is allowed to get the spotlight, what is relevant and what is less, allow your paid members to get access to more data and more stats to help them improve either the search for candidates or the search for a new opening, introduce a service for internships/ beginners jobs to help newly graduates to start their careers. I am sure that there are so many useful solutions you can offer to your users that would add value to LinkedIn, understand your target audience and give them what they need. Introduce psychological tests that people can take to understand what is their professional personality... You have the opportunity to make a difference, be innovative, be a real, unique solution provider and stand out from the crowd.
Sincerely
