The leader plays an essential role in leading the work team towards the goals by building a healthy environment. The nature of the leaders' dealings with institutions differs from one person to another. We will focus in our article here on the importance of caring for all employees and utilizing their skills without exception.

One of the most critical roles of the leader is creating loyalty to the organization. Any imbalance in evaluating the employees and their levels, not appreciating their giving, and presenting the unskilled in favor of them will alienate some employees from the organization and its work.

The leader must be modest, have a realistic outlook, not forget or ignore the work team, and take care of all the employees' experiences, skills, and talents. Ignoring any employee within a team will create a sluggish team that does not care about the goals, but rather " When will we receive our salary?". Thus, the organization will continue to revolve around the axis of failure and search for success in vain.
