Dear Imposter Syndrome: Shut Up

Someone asked me one of those deep questions last week that rattled my brain a little too long. I was asked, "What were you doing when you were happy at work?" After thinking way too hard for way too long, I realized that the thing I was doing was just being a creator. Doing research. Developing concepts just because I found them interesting, not because they fit some packaged offer.

In 2024, I'm looking forward to doing more beta testing. More creation. I'm looking forward to sharing it with you.

I've noticed a lot of you have started sharing your own content and it makes me so happy to see you creating LinkedIn newsletters, your speaking careers, and writing books.? I'm here to tell any little part of you that questions the idea to shut up. Please do not let imposter syndrome stand in your way.? We all, myself especially, want to know what you think.?
