Dear, the Honorable Attorney General Dreyfus

Domestic violence is a major issue and a grave risk for all.

Our children's Father has three law firms representing him, one in Texas, two in Perth WA.

Our children's mother can't afford legal representation. Legalaid and many other pro bono services in Australia claims our matter is to complex and can't assist. I can't secure any pro bono representation in America either.

In a few days we will be in family court in Texas and in Western Australia. Our family court order that took away my right and our children's right to have access to each other in the United States will be the reason we are in court.

We are all Australian, Father, Mother and both children.

Australian Human Rights Commission: "Article 26

All persons are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to the equal protection of the law. In this respect, the law shall prohibit any discrimination and guarantee to all persons equal and effective protection against discrimination on any ground such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. "

Why can't a mother secure any legal representation as an Australian in Australia through Legalaid in 2024 but I could in 2015 for a Hague Convention Matter?

It has been close to 100 days since I could speak and see my daughters.

I'm afraid that I have now done everything I possibly can to help try to bring our daughters home to Perth, Australia. Any and all evidence that has been presented to the court has not been considered in our Hague Convention case in 2015 and the court sent us Australians back to a foreign country to be at the mercy of the Texas court systems there, claiming that is our habitual residence when we were sent on a short term work assignment. Symptoms of Human Trafficking and Human Smuggling comes to mind.?

Accepting ones fate and the unfortunate fate of our daughters is hard. I have not been good at much in my life, but the one thing that I was good at and came naturally to me was being a mother to our daughters. We have unfortunately not been spared the loss of each other, our children the loss of their mom in their life and a mother the loss of her children due to the court systems. Which is unfortunately not the first time this has happened but has happened more times than we can count, so many broken families, stolen children and all in the name of a treaty called The Hague Convention which strips you of the sovereign protection your Australian Citizenship should provide. Especially when it was a short term work assignment.

It is a man's world and when a man has money and status in society the rules are different, the laws do not apply it seems. I had hoped that our world would have changed, a world that sees the value of a mother, a woman an eve in society, in their community and definitely in her children's life. However, there are still men that have the power to crush woman even when they are speaking truth. These "powerful" men that can hide their weaknesses behind the lies their money can buy are the men that are the foxes that are ruining the vineyards, the termites that eats away at the trees. Getting away with human rights violations, human trafficking, human smuggling, immigration fraud, domestic and child abuse draws a line through so many laws that should protect the vulnerable. This brings up the question, what is the purpose of the law if not to protect their citizens, their communities, their freedoms, their way of life. What is the purpose of an Australian Consulate in any country but to offer those protection to their citizens who?travel abroad.?

The Hague Convention has not only become and abusive tool but the global domestic violence tool abusers use to move their victims back to where they the perpetrator have the most power to abuse and sometimes unfortunately murder their vulnerable victims, leaving the children without their mother. The question is who are these individuals who use or have used The Hague Convention as an extension of their domestic and coercive abuse, what kind of perpetrators are they, could they be pedophiles, could they be human traffickers and smugglers? Has the court unknowingly been participating in crimes against the most vulnerable in our society, our children.

Is this not the first thing that was done in war, children removed from their mothers, the whole family unit dismantled and the vulnerable held hostage. I thought this was the ways of the old world, but unfortunately the war now uses treaty's, policies and references to previous cases to establish their "reason" as to why such atrocities such as this which is happening to our family should be ordered as our parenting plan.?

There is no intelligence, truth or empathy that was applied here. Only human cruelty on a political scale and more broken children as collateral.

There are lawyers that loves the little saying "hope is not a plan" but hope was all that got me through 7+ years of hell in a foreign country but money is what got him our kids and that was the plan all along.

Mr. Dreyfus I hope that your plan is to help the Australian children lost overseas, for what would Australia be without all their children home.
