Dear Friends,

I want you to know I am thinking about all of you out there finding things difficult at this time, and I truly hope normality is just around the corner, and things improve very soon for you.

It has certainly been a time of huge change for all of us, making us face more challenges than ever before, and I want to set your mind at rest that myself and Gem Scientific are fully committed to continuing to provide you with the products and services you require.

I am lucky enough to be still working, from home, even if it is at my dressing table! :)

Seriously though, I do want to reassure you that I am still here for you should you need anything at all.
