I am not here to tell you to ‘perspire to transpire’’. LOL. I am here to speak to you as a founder whose life’s calling is serving you
As the founder of a business, I often ask myself these questions ‘’What technology tool am I missing out on?’’’, ‘’What can I outsource?’’ and ‘’What can I automate?’’. It sounds like a simple question, but the answers can often seem complex and expensive. One thing I have always believed in is the ability to free up my time to think and grow my business, and I have never found it hard to delegate. I believe in trusting employees especially when you know you have hired well. Underline the phrase; ‘’hired well’. It always starts and ends with the hiring process. That is hiring, onboarding and the first 30-90 days.?
A wise man told me ‘’Your job as a founder is to stay profitable,? strategise and network’’. Those words have stuck with me since the day I heard them. Do you know your job description as a founder or are you just going through the motions? A founder once told me, ‘’Kelechi I am tired of this Trenches work’’. Lol. I know, when you are at the idea and formulation stage, it feels like you are working in the trenches. It’s okay to start from the trenches but don’t stay there, rise above it and get some time to think, make a profit and network with other founders.?
My calling is to help founders scale their businesses, and I have worked on this calling every day.
