Collaboration is the new competition, and leveraging our key competencies is key to surviving in this fragile CSO landscape in the NW/SW regions of Cameroon. Too often we confuse elements of charitable acts with running a civil society organization. Our biggest issue is the duplication of efforts without any true realignment to the three core elements of sustainability namely Economic growth, Social Inclusion, and environmental protection. ? Amplifying our collective voices requires honest partnerships driven by passion and focus on the key ingredients necessary for a true transformative framework that is measurable reflecting the true economic realities in each community. These Communities become drivers of our interventions and we are just coaches to direct and supervise, not dictate what we think could work for them, but help amplify what is already working for them. Communities should be allowed to become direct stakeholders in the transformation trajectory in the NW/SW of Cameroon which is necessary for any sustained economic growth. There is room for improvement and thanks for your valuable input Bongwong Justin Berinyuy
