I so appreciate your commitment and deeply rooted belief in our mission to turn travel into a force for good. Wouldn’t it be fun, if regenerative travel became the norm, if everyone visiting a place came there with reverence and curiosity (just like you came to us), if destinations were restored and protected so that many generations to come still get to enjoy them? Yes, we think so too!

And that’s why we love you. That, and the fact that you jump with joy at a TikTok edit as well as a KPI and audience segmentation chat. That you love thinking about a user journey and design, just as much as a spreadsheet (or whichever other app you use for that). We love you for your kindness, for your care, and for the fact that you know that care starts with yourself. That we can have honest conversations, even hard ones sometimes, and that we can laugh easily together. That you get that same sparkle in your eyes when we talk about our next company market trip to Hawaii, as well as CAC and ROI for our GTM strategy. I am so glad you found us. And I believe we can learn a lot from each other. You are going places, and hopefully, we get to be a part of your amazing journey for a little while, or a long one. You are organized, and motivated. You are curious and brave. Which might mean you say no as much as you say yes, and we love you for that.

We don’t believe in hierarchy but in building a great company culture from the start. And how wonderful that you are here now to help us bring it to life.

We pour our heart and soul into this business. Not because we believe in hustle culture, (we do not) but because we believe in our Why. We would lay awake at night thinking about how to make travel better, so we don’t have to give it up with or without this business. And since you are just as passionate about travel, you are in the right place now.
