Bled Castle wins prestigious ?IVA Award! ?? We are incredibly proud to announce that Bled Castle has been honored with the ?IVA Award for the Best Slavic Heritage Site. ?? The Forum of Slavic Cultures is an international foundation, a non-profit and non-government organization, whose idea emerged in the cultural circles at the turn of the 21th century. ?? This year, the ?iva jury, composed of thirteen judges – the museum experts from different Slavic countries and the European Museum Academy (EMA), nominated 20 museums from 10 countries for the award. ?? This award is a testament to the dedication of everyone involved in maintaining the legacy of the castle and making it a must-visit destination for history enthusiasts and travelers alike. ?? Voden ogled po Poti skulptur Slavka Oblaka z mag. Vidom Lenardom ? Blejec Slavko Oblak je izvrsten umetnik, njegova dela pa so poznana doma in v tujini. Na münchenski akademiji je spoznal ve??ino ulivanja kipov v bron, material, s katerim je ustvaril ?tevilne vodnjake z motivi rastlin v bavarskem mestecu Landshut. Bled krasi pet plastik Slavka Oblaka, prva je bila postavljena ?e leta 1997. ??? Najnovej?a pridobitev na Bledu je skulptura velikega formata - Blejska ptica. Skulptura je bila, umetniku na ?ast, postavljena na njegov 90. rojstni dan, 25. maja 2024. ?? Po Poti skulptur nas bo popeljal umetnostni zgodovinar mag. Vid Lenard. Pot bomo pri?eli ob ob?inski stavbi, pri plastiki Brsti?ni vodnjak in zaklju?ili pri kipu matere bo?je na Blejskem gradu. ?? Vodena tematska pot je del 34. dnevov evropske kulturne dedi??ine in 12. A total of 18 targets will be set up on the stunning grounds of Bled Castle for both tournament events. ??
