Dear Arnold, Thank you! Sincerely The entire Golf Community
What an amazing week at Bay Hill in Orlando with another edition of the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
This tournament is not only one of the most important stops of the PGA tour in terms of money prize (apart from the Majors of course) but it's also an opportunity to celebrate the Legacy of Arnold Palmer.
I am sure that most of us know one of two things about him but let me share a few details of his career in and out the Golf course.
"The King" of golf, was one of the most iconic figures in the sport. His achievements included 62 PGA Tour wins and seven major championships.
Palmer was also a trailblazer in the business. He was the first athlete to earn over $1 million in endorsement deals and was instrumental in popularizing golf as a spectator sport. He co-founded Golf Channel, which is now a major media outlet for the sport.
Palmer was also a philanthropist, using his influence and resources to give back to his community. He founded the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida, and the Arnold Palmer Medical Center, which provides world-class healthcare to children in need.
A very emotional recognition was prepared by the PGA featuring some of the best in several generations. They all ended the message with Dear Arnold, Thank you! Sincerely [insert the name of your fav player here].
Congratulations to Kurt Kitayama for his solid victory.

As you can see, there is no other option than simply hitting the green in regulation.

Another round in the PGA Tour vs LIV Golf feud.
The Aussie Cameron Smith, champion of the 2022 edition of the tournament was informed that he won’t be able to defend the title due to defection (that’s how the PGA sees it).
However, the Jacksonville resident said that he is planning to attend the event as a fan and for the love of the game and then enjoy ta quiet he rest of the week at the water fishing.
Expect controversies of all kinds during the upcoming four days of competitions due to his presence in the course.
