Southeast Investments, an entity controlled by a 100 year old developer, The Ferber Company, Inc. purchased a 2.54 acre parcel with 70,000 feet of industrial buildings at 103 Street and NW 79 Avenue for $7,350,000, on August 15th. Ted Konigsberg, SIOR of Infinity Commercial represented the Seller, Rifkin Investment Company. The Buyer was represented by Mernie Burdick of the Katsikos Group. Two of the 3 buildings were demolished and the site is being redeveloped as a new WAWA.
Christian H. Infante, an owner-user, purchased the remaining building at 10101 NW 79 Avenue, Hialeah Gardens, FL for $2,900,000. Mernie Burdick of the Katsikos Group and Ted Konigsberg of Infinity sold the property for the Ferber Company, which closed immediately after the transfer of the entire site to the Developer, on August 15 th .
On 12/20, a 7,017 Square Foot Professional Office Building on a 1.93 Acre site in Oakland Park sold for $2,350,000.
Ted Konigsberg of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Seller, Oak 3550, LLC, an entity controlled by David Wolis, an attorney in Aventura, Florida. Patrick Conness and Mike Crissy of Conness Crissy Realty represented the buyer, 3550 Powerline LLC, an entity controlled by KC Cross, the President and CEO of Cross Senior Care, which owns and operates skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Senior Living Centers in the Southeast United States.
Ted Konigsberg said, “This was a win-win transaction for both buyer and seller. The Buyer recognized the value of the extra acre of land at the site, resulting in a great price for the Seller.”
On June 19th, OJ Commerce leased 6,025 SF at Miramar Park of Commerce, 3076 N. Commerce Parkway. John Dohm, CCIM, SIOR and Ted Konigsberg, SIOR of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant, which operates multiple E-Commerce sites. The Landlord was represented by Ryan Goggins of Colliers International.
On October 28th, EV World Corp. an electronics distributor leased 5,563 SF at the Finger Lakes area of Doral, 11231 NW 20 St. Ted Konigsberg, SIOR of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord. The tenant represented itself.
On February 25th, World Wide Metric Inc. leased 26,020 SF at East Davie Commerce Center, 2401 College Ave, Davie, FL 33314. John Dohm, CCIM, SIOR of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant. The Landlord was represented by partners Tom O'Loughlin, CCIM, SIOR and Larry Genet of CBRE.
On April 5th, Balearia Caribbean LTD leased 25,704 SF from Schaefer Industries, Inc., at 3300 SW 13 Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL. John Dohm, CCIM, SIOR of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant. The Landlord was represented by Jonathon Thiel and St. George Guardabassi of Berger Commercial Realty. Schaefer Industrial Park is immediately adjacent to I-595 at the access to Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale Airport.
On March 27, Motoport USA Corporation leased this 18,560 SF Building at the Dolphin Expressway and NW 57 th Avenue in the Blue Lagoon submarket of Doral. Motoport is a well-known retailer of Yamaha, Suzuki and Sea-Doo watercraft and motorcycles. The owner of the property is Algafin, LLC, an Italian Investment company with world-wide real estate holdings. Ted Konigsberg, SIOR and Sherri Beregovoy of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented Algafin. The Tenant represented itself.
Ted Konigsberg and John Dohm of Infinity Commercial Real Estate renewed the 3,040 SF lease of Flynn & O' Hara, one of the largest school uniform companies in the country at 3740 Davie Road in the Varsity Square Shopping Center in Davie Florida, across Davie Road from Broward College and Nova University. Ted & John represented the Landlord, Varsity Square LLC.
Ted and John also renewed the 1,400 SF lease of Allstate Insurance and the 1,300 SF of Kahookah Café.
Swami Juice is the newest company to join the family at Varsity Square. They leased the final available space of 1040 SF on March 27th. Ted and John represented the Landlord. The tenant represented its own interests.
Ted Konigsberg, SIOR and John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM, of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord in the execution of a 25 year lease with Becker Boards, a digital advertising company. They will erect two digital billboards at the Palmetto Glades Center, located at the Golden Glades Interchange fronting the Palmetto Expressway and I-95 in North Dade County. The property is owned by I-95 Palmetto LLC, an affiliate of Mumford Properties, which owns commercial real estate assets across the US.
On January 1 st , Ted and John renewed the 8,790 SF lease of current tenant, The Jeremiah Academy, Inc. charter school and renewed the 1,254 SF of current tenant, RSE Studios, a photography studio. RSE was represented by Michael Feuerman, CCIM, SIOR of Berger Commercial Realty.
On May 1st, the high end European Kitchen Company Nolte USA renewed their 2,543 SF lease. Ted Konigsberg, SIOR and John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM represented the owner and the Tenant represented itself.
On July 24th, Coffea School leased a 1,254 SF suite. Ted Konigsberg, SIOR and John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM represented the owner and the Tenant represented its own interests.
On July 25th, Unite Here Union leased 6,079 SF. Ted Konigsberg, SIOR and John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM represented the owner and the Tenant represented its own interests.
On September 26th, Golden Hearts PPEC, Inc. a pediatric medical care facility leased 5,068 SF. Ted Konigsberg, SIOR and John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM represented the owner and the Tenant represented itself.
On May 11th, Kolossus Workwear Corp. leased 5,088 SF from Medley Industrial, Inc., 8841 NW 102 St. Medley, FL. Andrew Beregovoy and Sherri Beregovoy of Infinity Commercial represented the Tenant. The Landlord was represented by Americas Commercial Real Estate.
Ted Konigsberg negotiated multiple leases at the new Class A Accesso One Building on US-1 and Hallandale Beach Blvd. in Hallandale, Florida, which is now 75% leased. The latest deal was executed on June 25 th by Jacobson, Goldfarb and Scott, one of the largest Insurance wholesalers in the U.S. They leased +/- 1620 SF of office space on the second floor. Mr. Konigsberg represented the landlord, Accesso Partners. Jacobson, Goldfarb, and Scott represented itself. MR. KONIGSBERG IS CURRENTLY OFFERING THE FEW REMAINING SUITES WITHIN THE BUILDING FOR LEASE.
Sherri and Andrew have successfully taken Corporate Park of Doral, an 8 building, 192,800 square foot property to 93% occupancy for the Landlord. Corporate Park of Doral directly fronts the Palmetto Expressway at 77 th Avenue, between the 36 th Street and 58 th Street exits, and is a “Market Maker” in the Doral submarket. SHERRI AND ANDREW ARE OFFERING THE REMAINING SUITES FOR LEASE AT VERY COMPETITIVE RATES.
On June 26th, Suntrans International, Inc. leased 1,196 SF in the building at 7775 NW 48 Street. Andrew Beregovoy and Sherri Beregovoy of Infinity Commercial represented the Landlord. The Tenant represented its own interests.

On February 2nd, Jeff Co. leased a 7,135 SF building from Dash Door, Inc. at 7801 NW 29 Street, Doral, FL. Andrew Beregovoy and Sherri Beregovoy of Infinity Commercial represented the Landlord. The tenant represented itself.
