Dealing with theft and fraud in your workplace? My experience ??

Beginning of 2021 ,has been interesting time for our team. We had a few theft and fraud issues in the companies we manage ( As in house Human Resource Managers) that we had to deal with.
Its a pain dealing with such issues and common to all cases were key red flags that we must all watch out for as business owners, HR Managers and Department heads.
Key Red Flags/ behaviors to look out for include a preference for taking work home or working after hours without supervision, a reluctance to take time off or let others assist with job responsibilities -- so that the stealing cannot be discovered , interesting friendships with vendors, clients and other team members-- and unanticipated changes in the employee's behavior.
