Participants were educated on how to understand stress and how to deal with stress in tough situations.

A few tips on how to deal with stress, such as doing exercises and engaging in some online learning tools.
Q&A: A lively Q&A followed where students were asked questions based on what they do when stressed, their personal experiences and stress management techniques were also shared.
In conclusion
Attendees were reminded to ensure that they take good care of their mental and physical states and also refrain from negative thoughts to avoid stress and that they should venture into learning tools.
