In our lives and businesses, we often find ourselves in and surrounded by negativity, or as I like to call it, "crap and sh*t."
It builds up over time, lurking in the corners of our minds, waiting for an opportunity to explode.
But what if there was a way to cleanse your life and business from this overwhelming negativity?
What if you could process it, purify it, and release it safely, just like my local sewage works plant does?
Much like a sewage plant works, we need to create a system that allows us to process and purify these negative thoughts and emotions.
This is not about suppressing or ignoring them.
On the contrary, it's about acknowledging them, working through them, and ultimately healthily releasing them.
By doing so, we can ensure that our business and personal lives are not held back by the weight of unprocessed negativity and crap.
However, this is easier said than done.
Often, we let the crap build up until it explodes, affecting everyone around us.
This is not only detrimental to our relationships (who wants to be around a potential sh*t bomb?) but also to our overall well-being.
The question then is, how can we prevent this from happening?
How can we ensure that we're not sitting on a ticking time bomb of crap?
The answer lies in finding the right people who can help us process our thoughts and emotions.
These could be trusted friends, family members, mentors, or even professional coaches.
Having someone to talk to, someone who will listen without judgment can make all the difference.
They can help us sift through our thoughts and feelings, identify the root causes, and guide us towards releasing them safely and healthily.?
If you don't have someone like this in your life who can act as your sewage works, consider hiring a coach.
A good coach can provide you with the tools and strategies needed to process your thoughts and emotions effectively.
They can help you navigate through the sea of "crap and sh*t." ensuring that your business and personal life remain untainted by unprocessed rubbish.

1 年I share my s*** with people I trust. Nowadays I am becoming more and more discerning of those in my circle of trust. Also my coach and therapist. And I practice a lot of self healing such as reiki, tapping and Chakradance and self coaching. Practising acceptance surrendering and letting go ??

1 年Thanks for the heads up about the ted talk. I'll check that out later. The link between language and thought is a key part of NLP so an area I'm keenly interested in. Will be great to get another perspective and hopefully some new insights.
