Dealing with incompetence at work
I had a client tell me that he gets angry when he reads my emails because they remind him of everything he needs to be doing (but isn’t).
My response: good! Be angry.?
There is nothing wrong with anger. It’s telling you something useful.?
If you work with incompetent people who are knocking you down. Be angry.?
If you’re not going after your dreams and it’s robbing you of your joy. Be angry.?
If you look at the world and see injustice everywhere you go. Be angry.?
Let your anger fuel you toward positive change.?
Anger is useful. It’s catalytic.?
Don’t be rude or lash out at others, but certainly feel your anger and let it move you forward.?
If you’re furious with your situation (or approaching your breaking point), let that anger inspire you to take new action.?
I created my business from a place of anger. And you know what, it worked! I don’t regret it. I’m proud of it.?
It was the perfect fuel – exactly what I needed to finally take the leap.?
Are you in that same place? If so, reach out. Set up time to chat with me.?
It’s perfect for people who know they want more but who feel trapped in their situation and aren’t sure how to get out.?
We spend 6 months together converting anger to action – building businesses and careers that we love.?
Reply to this email and let’s find time to connect to explore the fit.?
It’s a no-pressure conversation that could be exactly the spark you need.?
