Use your CRM to automate this process. For instance, we recently implemented this for two of our clients. An automated email is triggered based on the deal stage after a specific period. Most customers are happy to leave a review, and for those who don’t, the service team follows up during routine service calls.
Be Proactive and Consistent
Don’t wait for a negative review to take action. Regularly collect reviews from satisfied customers to build a strong, positive online presence. When you have a robust collection of authentic reviews, one or two negative comments will have minimal impact.
