We know the coronavirus is causing a profound impact on all of our lives, and we are committed to helping you get the answers you need as we try to rebound from this pandemic.
You've got to be really able to think outside that box!
It's important to rework how you do business now so you can be in better shape later, making sure that you are positioned as well as you can be.
You may need guidance to strengthen your customer base and help your business in a quickly changing environment.
1-Find the problems in the market and put your business in a position to help solve those problems.
-How could you repackage what you offer?
-How could you pull together products from different pieces of different products and put them in a new way to deliver, based on the market's need right now.
2-Finding your target audience and finding a way to serve them in these times properly.
-Think about how you would strategically segment the different types of target audiences and how you would serve up those solutions to them.
3-Go digital! We're all in front of our technology more than ever. So digital advertising is potent.
4-Flexibility: the capacity to think out of the box and generate alternatives and evaluate them without falling into the default actions that we've done in the past and that have been successful.
You need to be strategic and be willing to change and try a few things that maybe you wouldn't have tried in a typical environment.
Instead of copying and pasting, what we used to do in the past and just keeping the same assumptions and targets, look at the resources in much more detail than ever.
The basic skills that managers should have are the fundamentals of statistical thinking.
You need to be able to understand correlation difference between correlation and causation.
Hire a freelancer: you're going to save money on overhead.
Freelancers are flexible, so if you need a job done during off-hours or even weekends, a freelancer can help you. You don't have to train them, and there's no assembly required.
You have the opportunity to find a specialist, someone with a specific skill set for your project's needs.
Hire a business consultant:
1- They accomplish short term goals
2- Provide solutions at the right time
3- Improve productivity
4- Help to easily identify the problem
5- They leverage new skills
Safeguard your company by working with a business development consultant.
It is going to be a learning curve for all of us.
Making small changes in your company can have large impacts on your staff, your business, and your money.
If we go down a protectionism route of protecting what we have and staving off change, we are unfortunately signing your own death warrant.
You need to help people re-understand and reimagine how to build an organization.
Numbers are only half a picture of the health of the business. If you got in this industry to be of service to human beings trying to do bigger things for themselves, for their families, for society through their customers, you might be onto something.
The question is, what value do you offer to the people who buy your product?
How would you do that in this new changing day and age and literally ignore whatever was because it's irrelevant?
