2 年Fully agree Dominik Krimpmann, PhD . I also think that now the time has come to fully play out the strength in combination, to step up into the champions league. What do I mean with this? It is good to have single good football (single tech/org. capabilities in single departments) player, but with this alone you will never be on the top rangks or even outperform the market. So the mastery is, to orchastrate all those new valuable and fancy tech capabilities, enable and embbed them into the companies DNA for standartisation, establish a learning organization and than (maybe the most difficult part?!?) —> be bullish by deploying & release this new way of playing, learning, and adapting.
