Completely de-scoping a company is seen by many to be the way forward and the advantages of doing this are immense.?By taking your entire organisation out of PCI DSS scope you are effectively preventing any card data from ever touching your environment.?This means that card data will never get captured by any call/screen recording systems, it will not traverse across internal networks or seen by staff and agents, and providing you don’t do face-to-face card payments, you will achieve SAQ Level A, meaning lower costs and resources required to complete your annual PCI audits.

All of our "ActivePay" solutions are hosted on our PCI DSS Level 1 accredited platform, where the card information is collected and suppressed from any telephone calls, and then securely processed with your existing PSP.
