?? MoD's legacy tech: A new report by the NAO looks at the Defence inventory management. While the MoD has taken steps to improve, the report notes that legacy IT systems present ongoing challenges in effectively managing defence.?

AI principles to protect consumers:?The Competition and Markets Authority published?a report?following its initial review of foundation models (FMs), which are large, general-purpose AI systems trained on diverse data, like ChatGPT. It has proposed principles to ensure consumer protection and healthy competition are at the heart of responsible development and use of FMs.

???? US Digital Transformation Looking overseas, the US's Office of Management and Budget has released the long-awaited guidance to transform federal digital services. In a blog post, Federal CIO Clare Martorana cited the government's "unacceptable" poor digital services and explained how the new guidance will drive progress.
