Thursday: Rest Day

Activity: Core Muscle Rehab

Purpose: core and adductor strength and stability


Activity: Reformer Pilates

Purpose: core strengthening, improve movement patterning


Friday: Run day

Activity: Peloton Strength for Skiers

Purpose: Prepare for ski season with unilateral leg work and plyometrics


Activity: Running

Purpose: Base-building, musculoskeletal adaptation, and Zone 2 cardiovascular training by heart rate (targeting HR under 146)
