Friday: lift, run
Activity: Peloton Strength for Skiers
Purpose: Prepare for ski season with unilateral leg work and plyometrics
Activity: Running
Purpose: Base-building, musculoskeletal adaptation, and Zone 2 cardiovascular training by heart rate. I did the first six miles in Zone 2, keeping heart rate under 150. Then I picked up to a tempo pace for the last mile.
Saturday: rehab, ride
Activity: Core Muscle Rehab
Purpose: core and adductor strength and stability
Activity: Stationary bike
Purpose: Zone 2 cardiovascular training
Sunday: resistance, recovery
Activity: Peloton Strength for Skiers
Purpose: Prepare for ski season with body weight squat sequence and push-ups
