What is a day like at Vivoil?

Given the number of different orders we handle daily and the fact that each individual component is assembled and tested by hand, our production cycle must be meticulously organized and uninterrupted.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week

First of all, a working day at our facility actually lasts 24 hours throughout the entire week. Thanks to the advanced automation in our machining department, the machine tools operate even at night and on weekends when the Staff is not present in the Company.

The semi-finished products are then stored in an automated warehouse, awaiting the intervention of human operators during regular working hours. Depending on the orders, the semi-finished products are distributed to the subsequent production stages.

After a thorough cleaning process, the components go through the pre-assembly department, where individual parts such as gaskets and gears are assembled, and then to the assembly department, where the products undergo final assembly.

100% tested products

The next step is the testing process, during which the components are not only checked for functionality but also undergo running-in. This ensures that Vivoil products are ready to operate at full capacity when delivered to Customers.

Thanks to our labeling system, the entire production cycle of each individual component is fully traced. Our labels contain a unique code number that not only identifies the product model but also provides information about the assembly date, testing date, and the personnel involved in various operations.

In-house logistics management

Finally, the components are packaged and prepared for shipment. Logistics is entirely handled by Vivoil in its facility, and the only outsourced service in this phase is the courier for transportation.
